
Youth beach training on Tuesday evenings and Sunday afternoons (7-8 Practices). This training is month-to-month, so you can sign up every month or just the ones that work for your schedule.
Our coaches will provide training to help our athletes develop their overall beach volleyball skills, general athleticism and love for the game. Our athletes will learn all the tools and techniques to improve their game, including personalized coaching, focused training sessions, competitive gameplay and fun activities.
TRAINING FOCUS
Passing Fundamentals- Ball Control & Serve Receive
Serving Fundamentals- Technique and strategy
Setting Fundamentals- Bump Setting & Hand Setting
Hitting Fundamentals- Spacing, Approach Footwork & Arm Swing Mechanics
Defensive Fundamentals- Positioning, Hard Driven Digs, Reading the Hitter & Blocking and Peeling
This program is designed for experienced athletes that have at least 2 years of volleyball (indoor or sand) experience. They must have basic volleyball skills in order to participate in our training.
There will be other training opportunities for beginner athletes.

All events are hosted at XSV Beach, located at 2705 Kanasita Drive, Hixson, TN 37343.
Our state-of-the-art facility features four professional-grade sand volleyball courts with deep, high-quality sand and top-tier netting systems. Enjoy our full-service snack bar and pro shop, restrooms, and plenty of seating between matches!
Weather cancelations will happen if the playing surfaces are no longer safe to play or if lighting strikes within 5 miles of the tournament site.

We will attempt to make up the training date on a different day when the weather is better. In the case of month-long training that's not always guaranteed. In the case of a single day training, partial or full refunds will be issued.
