Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using XSV Beach facilities and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Membership

Membership is subject to approval and may be revoked at any time for violation of these terms or facility rules. Membership fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

Facility Rules

• All players must have a signed waiver on file
• No glass bottles on the sand
• Please dispose of trash in designated containers
• Respect other players and staff at all times

Assumption of Risk

Participation in beach volleyball and related activities involves inherent risks. By using our facilities, you acknowledge and accept these risks and agree to hold XSV Beach harmless from any claims arising from your participation.

Cancellation Policy

Court reservations may be cancelled up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may not be eligible for refund.
